Recently, I have gotten the chance to take the Gratitude Challenge. I never realized how much better your day goes when you list out the things you are grateful for. So now I would like to share it with you.
Day 1: List 10 physical abilities you are grateful for:
- I'm grateful for the ability to be able to walk and use my legs.
- I'm grateful for the ability to use my hands and my arms.
- I'm grateful for the ability to see the things around me.
- I'm grateful for the ability to be able to give someone a hug when they need it.
- I'm grateful for the ability to smile and laugh with my friends.
- I'm grateful for the ability to be able to keep my body physically fit.
- I'm grateful for the ability hear the things around me.
- I'm grateful for the ability to smell.
- I'm grateful for the ability to jump and climb.
- I'm grateful for the ability to play my favorite sport Basketball.
